@chalin @svrnm Hi Patrice and Severin, I got the following error on checking the link targets and found that the target doc is in the different repository. (https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-specification/blob/main/specification/overview.md)

ja/docs/concepts/glossary/index.html
  hash does not exist --- ja/docs/concepts/glossary/index.html --> /docs/specs/otel/overview#links-between-span

How do I tackle on this issue? As of now, I think we don't need a root fix but just a work around to ignore errors regarding files out of this repository. (Of course, we should fix the root cause eventually when we actually start working on the localization of files under open-telemetry/opentelemetry-specification)
