The left sidebar navigation is inconsistent with the table of contents.

The table of contents is nice,

here is left sidebar navigation,

but,it is not in order, which makes it inconvenient for reading.

here is my two options:

1. each page has a reference of table of contents
2. each page has a next pagination button

Thanks for raising this issue @solaim ! Both tables of content are generated in a different way, I remember that we had an issue/PR for that already in the making. @chalin: I think you raised that, can you link it here?
