Filter feature for blog posts

Desired feature or idea: The ability to filter to different categories of blog posts, e.g., end user stories and general announcements.

Additional context: Original Slack post. Currently not supported, but "Hugo has options for that" per @svrnm.

https://gohugo.io/content-management/taxonomies/ is what I am aware of, not sure if there are any alternatives, but this looks like the thing hugo provides for categorizing content
