Support more env vars for exporter configuration

It would be nice to configure things like OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_HEADERS, OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_CERTIFICATE and OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_CLIENT_CERTIFICATE like in the spec.
