Migrate to UV

I recently had a great experience using UV across multiple repositories. It simplifies managing packages and Python versions significantly. Additionally, its speed helps save time on pipelines, which is another major advantage.

Are there any plans to migrate from pip to UV?

@Prhmma can you please expand what you mean by migrate from pip to UV? All of our CI is using uv (through tox-uv) and I agree it has been a huge improvement. We also have UV workspace at the root of this repo for creating a developement environment.

But none of that affects the end user experience. Is your concern around development of this library as a contributor?
