why meet the opentelemetry-exporter-prometheus error when installing langchain-serve

Might possibly be a bug in langchain-serve. They might be taking a dependency on the prometheus exporter >= 1.12.0rc1, which is an unsupported version. They should be using the beta versions ~=0.43b0. I would open up an issue with the owners of langchain-serve.
