[CI] fix all the tests in the CI
What happened?
With the recent merge, the CI is still broken, it fixes some of the issues. But we should make CI to pass completely.
Using the https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-network/blob/main/docs/developing.md need to check the build for, and the unit tests
- render_compiler
- reducer
- kernel-collector
- cloud-collector
- k8s-watcher
- k8s-relay
- make unit_tests
- make test

@krol3 since you reached out over slack for https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-network/issues/284 probably you can take a look at this one.
Since there are some change merged, the error mentioned in the previous issue might not be valid anymore, but the build is still broken.
@shivanshuraj1333 - I'll look at the details and analyze if I could contribute to this. If yes, then I'll take up this issue. Is that ok?
