Match python autoinstrumentation and providers list from node.js

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the python lambda layer only instruments and sends Tracing.

It can match the list of features we have available in nodejs so it can send both metrics, traces and logs by default.

Describe the solution you'd like Support Metrics and Logs just like it's supported in nodejs.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manual instrumentation.

I lost sight of this, but related to #1826 Tomorrow I have some time to examine layer size / cold start impact, so will get to it!
