[enhancement] Add `cloud.account.id` tag to all of the spans coming from Lambda function

In every AWS Lambda instrumentation cloud.account.id tag is present only in the "handler span". It would be very useful to have this tag in every span coming from the AWS Lambda function (from every used instrumentation). It could help during data analytics to navigate better.
