otelhttp ServerLatency (histogram) customization unit/buckets

Hello, I'm not seeing a way to customize the histogram buckets or the unit that it's being recorded so that I can export it to Prometheus in seconds and with specific buckets.

Did I miss anything about how to customize the histogram or oteltthp middleware?
