Open Telemetry Alpine Image

Hello,

Is your feature request related to a problem? I created a docker image to run opentelemetry with alpine. I had to install its dependencies, compile nginx with --with-compat, opentelemetry-cpp and opentelemetry-cpp-contrib and the result image gets only 52MB

I want to contribute with opentelemetry project to add alpine in the build pipeline:

In case of opentelemetry team gets interested on this, I am open to help and contribute to it.

Would be nice to have a package ready for alpine instead of having to compile it.
