Offboard Departing GC Members and Onboard New GC Members
- [x] Update the community-members.md and and codeowners: https://github.com/open-telemetry/community/
- #3115
- [x] For each new GC member, complete an issue created with the GC Member Onboarding template.
- Created #3114
- [ ] For each departing GC member:
- [x] Encourage them to join #opentelemetry-gc-alum
- [ ] Revoke access to the systems listed the GC Member Onboarding issue.
See https://github.com/open-telemetry/community/issues/1494 for past actions.
Note: we need to update the GC onboarding template to reflect the new meeting time as well as the governance committee Google group
I think that this is now complete, closing this and the overall election project
Reopening! @danielgblanco mentioned that he's still receiving mailing list emails and CNCF Service Desk requests.
Thanks @mtwo, I'm going to try to follow the onboarding list in reverse and see which items I can tick off the list myself (e.g. leaving mailing lists)

I believe the only things to take care of are Service Desk and access to meeting notes. I do wonder what happens to current SD tickets I have open if I'm removed from the group though... I assume I'll still be able to see my own tickets (which is intended)!
No edit access GC (or GC-TC) meeting notes
I removed access to the meeting notes (for future offboarding processes, I switched to using the Google group so removal from the Google group is enough).
