Remove outdated DNS entries with expired certificates

The following subdomains of opentelemetry.io are serving expired certificates:

• get.opentelemetry.io
• docker.opentelemetry.io
• clowarden.opentelemetry.io
• ge.opentelemetry.io

I think none of these are not used, but it would be best if we remove them.

Identified by an user during open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go-vanityurls/issues/81 incident.

Ok, I can delete docker and get since we never went through rolling out scarf.

@trask can ge be deleted? My understanding from https://github.com/open-telemetry/community/issues/3046 is that it is needed?

ge was renamed to develocity and is back in use now, please don't delete it, thanks
