Remove invalid clang tidy arg

The clang-tidy argument AnalyzeTemporaryDtors was deprecated in clang 16 and removed in 18 per https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/62020 . If running with this still present after v18, clang-tidy will error out with unknown key.

Based on the clang-format version being v18, making the assumption it is safe to assume clang-tidy used by this project is also v18 or newer.

We hit this on our recent Alma 9.6 update that took us to clang 19.1.0.
