Feature: investigate integrating `gopherlogs` into project

Current behavior

It'd be interesting to investigate integrating gopherlogs, a CLI focused logging library, into the pizza-cli. This would give us "animated" structured logging with color and TERM env variable support.

Suggested solution

Since I'm intimately familiar with gopherlogs, I'll investigate adding this.
