Feature: Replace Default Tooltip with Contribution Card/existing tooltip on Avatar Hover

Suggested solution

Currently, when hovering over the avatar on activity tab, the default tooltip renders as [user's profile is shown for ${author}]. It might be better to either display the contribution card for the user or utilize the existing tooltip.
