Bug: clicking copy image to clipboard during loading state copies blank image

Describe the bug

If you click the "copy to clipboard" button to get the image for a chart (like the lottery factor) during the load state, you get a more or less empty image:

I think disabling this button until things are loaded in makes the most sense to prevent ^ those kind of scenarios

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a repo page
2. Before elements fully load in, click the copy to clipboard button
3. Paste image and notice it's incomplete
