Bug: StarSearch workspaces opening/closing causes CSS shifting

Describe the bug

On various different screen sizes, there's CSS shifting in the background when you open/close the StarSearch workspaces panel:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to a workspace
  2. Open the StarSearch panel
  3. See underlying shifting occur
