Bug: Unable to fetch number of PRs in repository cart

Describe the bug

On adding or re-adding repos to the insights repo crate show the number of PRs are zero for all of the added repos.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the edit insight page
2. Either add a new repo or remove and re-add the repo to the insight's repository cart
