The Atlassian Statuspage product has become the industry standard for providing end consumers with a status on your digital product, especially those that have programmatic consumption.

Suggested solution

Look at integrating and using this product. There would be a few things we'd need to tackle to make this happen:

• surface API metrics for realtime statuses
• integrate internal IRM (incident response management) software into our observability stack
