Feature: AI generating on last comment at PRs.

Current behavior

The AI code right now is generating the text when we only edit the first comment or write the first PR for us, it would be great to have the ability to write it at the last comment in the PR as well.

Why? In this PR: https://github.com/open-sauced/ai/pull/101 I thought it would be nice to have the text generated by AI at the last comment while writing my comment, it would help to give a short explanation of the written code., and the changed one as well, like doing rebase.
