Implemented function generate-website-screenshot in node\ folder.

I can't seem to run the function, I am getting curl: (52) Empty reply from server most likely caused by selenium-webdriver. I believe this will be a problem as Open Runtimes Node runtime is based of alpine, which does not have any browser pre-installed.

Can we please update the function and use 3rd party API to generate the screenshot? 🙏
