utils: split yaboot sample config file from kboot one

I tried the yaboot sample config and (mis-)placed it in /etc/kboot.conf and it did not work. After renaming it to /etc/yaboot.conf it was OK.

A slight variation of this (the yaboot part) has been tested on an Odroid N2 running: Petitboot (dev.20220317) from SPI flash
