Added testcase for SRESET

SRESET is used to trigger configured dump on the host whe the machine and console is hung and not accessible. The patch is to test the SRESET using REST API with kdump cconfigured.

Command to run the test ./op-test -c <machine_conifg> --run testcases.OpTestSReset
