Re-enable or scrub disabled tests

During the exercises to get a clean running skiroot suite and default suite we had to disable temporarily some tests in op-test.

We need to enable each test, see what needs fixing and/or correct the test and re-enable or remove the test from the list of tests in each test suite, etc.

PR #361 will add some system wide health checks, some of the failing tests may need to be reviewed with the design of the OpTestModel and re-factored appropriately.
