WARNING: YAPH 0.40.2 breaks mmyolo (and other OpenMM repos)

🐞 Describe the bug

I noticed that YAPH 0.40.2 released on Sept 22, 2023 (today) breaks OpenMM repositories due to an interface change for FormatCode(). Argument verify is not available anymore. Please use YAPH 0.40.1
