What is the problem this feature will solve?

does mmyolo provide 3D convilution kernel to detect medical imaging such as CT or MRI images? I check YOLOv8 team. They have not yet implemented this feature.

The other question is that: can mmyolo show rotated bounding box (BB) for object detection based on my browsing your website, am I correct? If this is correct, I can use rotated BB to label the images. Currently, YOLOv8 can not show the rotated BB.
