How to use a model which trained from mmdetection in mmtracking?

Hello everyone,

I have a model which was trained by mmdetection for detecting Ship. Now i want to use that model for tracking ship in mmtracking.

So, is there any ways to do so or i have to make new data and train mmtracking from scratch?
