When will mmtracking support mmcv==2.0.0
Describe the feature Hi, when will mmtracking support mmcv==2.0.0
Motivation In order to use the latest MMRazor for model pruning, one has to use mmcv==2.0.0. But mmtracking does not support mmcv==2.0.0 now. Thank you.

We want to use mmtracking together with mmdet==3.0.0. Unfortunately the later requires mmcv>=2.0.0.
Upgrading mmtracking to mmcv>=2.0.0 would be appreciated a lot! :smile:
The installation of dependencies is killing me! Upgrading mmtracking would be appreciated!
