Added progress bar for remote sensing image inference

Motivation In the current state of the remote sensing image inference process, users lack visibility into the progress of the inference task. This absence of a progress indicator makes it challenging for users to estimate the remaining time for completion, hindering workflow efficiency. Introducing a progress bar will provide users with real-time feedback on the status of the inference process, enhancing their overall experience with the tool.

Related resources demo/image_demo_with_inferencer.py has progress bar, but demo/rs_image_inference.py doesn't have it.
