Describe the feature Hello MMRotate team, thank you for your great work, I am wondering if there is plan to implement CPU inference for RiRoIAlignRotated, just like RoIAlignRotated

Hi @DangChuong-DC We haven't implemented CPU inference for RiRoIAlignRotated yet, but we plan to support it in the future. We welcome PR from the community!
