[Docs] Alternative to get_track_id

I have a project where the function get_track_id was used (mmpose/api/inference_tracking.py). That project used MMPose version 0.29.0. Right now, I am using the version 1.31.0, and that version does not have that function.

Is there an alternative to that function in version 1.31.0?
