can't try fashion_parsing_segmentation

I think it's because of the wrong mmcv version

You should try installing mmcv-full.

may i know if anyone get this executable ?

i am not sure where i can get the checkpoint 'checkpoint/resnet50.pth', which seems needed in 'mask_rcnn_r50_fpn_1x.py' as enclosed. hopes some suggestions. Many thanks.
