monoflex is being tuned and the pre-trained model will be updated next month

Since the original code of monoflex https://github.com/zhangyp15/MonoFlex can not be used to reimplement the performance reported in paper (almost -4 mAP), we can not provide a config to reproduce the performance reported in the paper, more details need to be checked. We recommend to try some other monocular 3d object detection model in MMDet3D
