📚 The doc issue

I am a beginner and I am not sure how to use PowerShell to run the following commands. Maybe others who are new to PowerShell commands are not sure which commands need to be run using PowerShell.

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

Please mark here that PowerShell is used here, because it is mentioned in the previous article: Launch Anaconda prompt from Windows Start menu and Do not use raw cmd.exe s instruction is based on PowerShell syntax. It is easy for readers to misunderstand that only Anaconda prompt can be used but cmd/other command line tools based on PowerShell syntax cannot be used
