Adding MPPNet support for NuScenes

Hello, I would like to add MPPNet support for NuScenes. Given that both datasets seem to have similar availability of sequential LIDAR scans, this seems like it would be fairly straightforward.

However, I assume there is some difficulty that exists, otherwise these configs would already be available. Is there some sort of issue preventing using MPPNet with NuScenes?
