Roles are not updating in User tab after creation

Describe the bug Roles are not updating in User tab after creation:

After creating new roles, when we tried tagging those against users then they don' image (2) image (3) t appear in the Roles LOV in users tab.

They only got uploaded after trying hard reload (ctrl+ shift + R)
