Integrate slack webhook support

Requirements

  • Add Slack section under Settings page --> Left panel --> Integration grouping
  • Clicking on that should show all option available for slack integration
  • Add "Add Slack" button which redirect to AddWebhook form and allow user to create webhook type of Slack without mentioning it explicitly
  • Provide edit action
