Simple SQL Editor form Custom SQL Data Quality Test

Context

#5973 gives the ability to user to run custom SQL as a data quality test. Though, currently the SQL input is passed to a label field.

Suggested Solution

We would like to have a simple SQL editor rendring user input into SQL syntax vs the existing form in the SQL data quality test
