Theme color inconsistency in UI after changing Primary Color (v1.7.1)

Describe the bug After customizing the theme colors in our OpenMetadata instance (v1.7.1), we noticed an inconsistency in how the Primary Color is applied across the UI.

We changed the Primary Color to green. While the change is reflected in some areas (e.g., buttons, highlights), certain components still display the default blue tone, notably in: Sidebar navigation icons (e.g., "Home", "Explore"), Home page feed UI elements Mixed use of green and blue in different parts of the same page

To Reproduce

Go to Settings → Customization → Theme

Change the Primary Color to green and save

Navigate through sidebar and homepage

Observe color inconsistency

Expected behavior

All UI elements that reference the Primary Color should reflect the updated green theme uniformly.
