Cannot change the Team to which a User is assigned.

Affected module This is evident on the Settings/ Members/ Users section on the UI, when editing a User who is already allocated to a Team.

Describe the bug If one scrolls down to the Teams section for the User, and one presses the Edit button, then the existing team is shown. If one deletes the team in the edit box, then one cannot see the other teams that exist and one cannot, therefore, assign the User to another team.

See screenshot below, where no teams are shown, and see second screenshot which shows that there are several teams that exist and which should be shown.

To Reproduce

Select the Edit button on the Teams section for a User that is already assigned to a Team. Delete the existing team, and you will see that no other teams are visible. If one presses the tick box to save one's changes, and one then views the users again, you will see that the user is still assigned to the original team.

Expected behavior I expected to be able to select a different team so that I could reassign the user to the different team.
