Openmetadata do not support sample data in Hebrew characters

Hi,

I'm using 1.3.2 version and used profiler injection to get sample data.

example of how value displayed in OMD UI : îâò ìãéâåí áäåøàú îùøã äáøéàåú (äåâãø áç÷éøä àôéãîéåìåâéú ëîâò äðãøù ìãéâåí

and how it displayed in DB:

מגע לדיגום בהוראת משרד הבריאות (הוגדר בחקירה אפידמיולוגית כמגע הנדרש לדיגום)

@kaisman1 could you try with the latest version. When trying to reproduce it, the decoding is done correctly (https://sandbox.open-metadata.org/table/SnowflakeDemo.TASTY_BYTES_SAMPLE_DATA.PUBLIC.NEWTABLE/sample_data)
