[Initial Draft] - Bolt Slack App Integration

Describe your changes:

Created collate slack app.

• Implemented Bolt-Servlet.
• Implemented listeners for slash commands.
• Implemented listeners for app openings views.
• Using the Slack API client for API calls.

/api/slack/events {"/api/slack/install", "/api/slack/callback"} These endpoints are exposed and will be secured by verifying the Slack signing secret and state internally by bolt.
