Add tags to test cases

We have the problem to categorize OM quality test cases, since we want to organize and classify them under different characteristics, for example to be able to create tags of measures such as completeness, accuracy, consistency, freshness, validity and that when we create a test case we can classify each of these tests in a classification by means of tag's.
