Improvement: Customizable Data Quality Incident Reasons

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are hoping that the Reason dropdown in the Incident Manager can be customizable. Also it may not be necessary to always enter a comment for each incident. It will be even better if we can create a metrics for all the resolved incidents and analyze the distribution of different incident reasons.

Describe the solution you'd like It will be great if there is a place in the settings that we can customize the dropdown list of Reasons for the incident. And also able to pull out the collected data for further BI analysis.

Describe alternatives you've considered Although we can use comment, but we're not able to standardize the reasons.
