Add collapsible option to desktop TOC

It might be useful to add a bootstrap collapse to the TOC in desktop view "Top" variant. There might be a better way to do this, but I have just wrapped the the <ol> in course_toc_chapters.mustache in a div element. I then added the toggle link just after the <h2> header in course_toc.mustache. I like having this option for the "Top" type of table of contents. Thoughts?

Could you share your code and where you need to insert the code to make that work? Want to try out your idea but don't have your coding skills....
