Fix flowchart in fiscal sponsorship page

Observed behaviour: In the fiscal-hosting page, there is a mermaid-generated image present. The content of this flowchart is hidden in some of the containers.

Expected behaviour:

  • Resize the diagram, and make texts conform to the font-size applied in the rest of the page.
  • Make the flowchart responsive.
