Add documentation for events page

This PR is related to #768, where an events page is currently being developed. The purpose of this PR is to provide an explanation of what the properties in the frontmatter represent.

Changes made: To the repo's README.md file, a new section has been added to guide individuals who will contribute to the website by adding events.

Notes for reviewer(s): These properties are not set in stone, but subject to change, depending on what is required by the final infrastructure. Please, point out any ambiguities, duplication and/or potential areas of confusion.
