resources/courses: check for all files not found

this is maybe when json exists but binary blob is not there it happened very often when testing auto download with myplanet on planet.gt

Scanned through planet gt courses and experienced this with 3 resources:

The first 2 are pdf and the attachments are viewable. The last one is the interesting one since it has no resource document
