Navigation to vi-github-issues.md from Step 6 of VI First Steps

Problem

The link labeled 'GitHub Issues tab' on Step 6 takes you to the middle of the 'vi-github-issues.md' page. This problem happens in both Chrome and Firefox, and makes it confusing for the user when navigating to this page.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Click on the link labeled 'GitHub Issues tab' on Step 6

Proposed solution

Have the page be link go the top of the page.

@jholtkort - Hey there, I was not able to reproduce the problem. The link loads to the beginning of the page for me.

@jholtkort - I found the problem only with Firefox, it works fine in Chrome for me.
